Rising above the Campbelltown skyline, 8 Dumaresq Street redefines urban living through thoughtful design and striking presence. The lobby, commons, corridors, and wayfinding were carefully crafted to guide residents and visitors through a cohesive journey of materiality, light, and movement. A vertical garden anchors the space, its lush textures drawing the eye upward alongside elegant wall cladding and sweeping architectural curves, creating a seamless visual progression from street level to rooftop. Every detail balances functionality with elegance, enhancing communal spaces and reinforcing the building’s distinctive identity.
