Delivery and Return policy

Returns:


To avoid any issues, We check every single items before send them to garantee the quality and the high standard of our Company.


Once the parcel is sent we are not responsible for any damaged pursue from the courier.


Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be UNUSED, UNMOUNTED ON A WATCH and in the same condition that you received it. (DO NOT mount your strap on a watch if you have any problem with.

Just a small period of wear  will crease or mark the italian leather and we will not be in a position to refund you, even for minor marks as we are unable to place the strap back into stock for re-sale.

(WE WILL SIMPLY NOT BE ABLE TO REFUND LEATHER STRAPS THAT HAVE BEEN MOUNTED).


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.



Refunds (if applicable):


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3/5 days.


Sale items (if applicable):


Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.



Exchanges (if applicable):


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

we checked every single item before send it to be sure that you receive your product free of defect.

Shipping:


We can ship to any address in the world.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping costs and delivery dates for you, based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
