Our policy:

We check every single item before sending it to ensure the quality and high standard of our company and to avoid any failures of our products.

With your order, you will receive a quality control card that ensures that the item has been checked and conforms to our high-quality standards.

Leather is a living product and any change in color, texture, and pattern is part of the beauty of our high-quality Italian materials.

If our strap does not fit the watch, if you have chosen the wrong size, or if you have changed your mind, our policy is 15 days.

If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we, unfortunately, cannot offer a refund or exchange. Days are counted from the date of delivery of the parcel in the tracking link.

If you have placed an order and wish to cancel/modify it before it is dispatched, we cannot guarantee that this will happen unless we have confirmed the cancellation or blocking of the order. We will make every effort to process those requests before they are shipped, however, orders that have been shipped due to ordering the wrong size or strap will need to be returned at your expense.

Returns:

In order to be returned, the item must be UNUSED, NOT MOUNTED ON A WATCH, and in the same condition as it was received.  DO NOT mount your strap on a watch if you have any problem with it.

All it takes is a small amount of wear and tear to crease or mark the Italian leather and we will not be able to refund you,, even for minor marks as we are not able to put the strap back in stock for resale.

(WE WILL SIMPLY NOT BE ABLE TO REFUND LEATHER STRAPS THAT HAVE BEEN MOUNTED).

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping costs for returns shall be borne by the user unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved,, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 3/5 days. 

Shipping costs are not refundable.

Sale items (if applicable):

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

We check every single item before shipping to make sure that you receive your product free of defects.

Shipping:

Once the package has been shipped, we are not responsible for any damage caused by the courier.

We can ship to any address in the world. (free shipping Australia only).
When you place an order, your shipping costs and delivery is based on the shipping options you choose.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
